Delicious Noodles at Dadawan Eindhoven

    This place in the heart of Eindhoven has been on my "To Go" list for a while. I finally decided to go with my partner and some friends... now I wish I had gone sooner! 

Tasty warm meals 

    I ordered cassava chips with avocado dip as an appetizer and “The OG Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen” as the main dish. The ramen was creamy and flavorful in a well-served portion – I mean, really, the bowl is enormous! The pork was cooked just right which left a tender texture. I ordered the spicy version of this dish but there is also a spicy-less one. My partner ordered the Stone Bowl Chicken which was also tasty and warm.

For the lightweight drinkers    

    One big surprise for me was the “Soju Strawberry Mojito” which came with a soju shot by its side. I’m not the biggest fan of alcoholic beverages so this one seems to be made for me: sweet without a strong alcohol taste. Very refreshing too, so I’ll definitely order it again on warmer days.

Price, service and where to find  

   You need to make orders with your cellphone but there are servers ready to help you. They assisted us in a friendly manner when we had questions about the menu.

    We spent around €20 per person which was good for the portion size and flavor. The restaurant is easily found in the center of Eindhoven inside the “Heuvel Galerie”. Downstairs is the takeaway section, so you must go upstairs for the restaurant.
